Homework

Following the flow from last semester, we keep up the same practices, while adding a minimum of 30 minutes per week where you are coaching a volunteer.

  • Volunteer Coaching for a minimum of 30 min per week
  • Core Embodied Practice for minimum 30 min per week
  • Meditation 10 mins+ 6 days per week
  • Morning movement (EYP/ form/ free movement) 5 mins+ 6 days per week
  • Morning reflection on chances & threats for your embodiment in the upcoming day
  • Relational practice (coffeeshop practice)
  • Body check-ins and centring 5 times per day, 5 days a week
