Course Work

Overview

The Course Work of each week is an addition to our live Core Content Sessions (happening on Tuesdays), covering the topic of the week. Therefore we ask you to dedicate time to go through these videos, read the additional resources etc.

If the content is not marked as optional, we take it as a given that you completed it within the same week, as we are going to build up on the knowledge you gained here.

Your homework is part of the complimentary, practical experience of the course. Taking the main elements of the practices you did as homework during the 1st Semester, now is the moment to turn them into a habit. That means we wont add any new piece to it.

The Practice Journal is the place for you to reflect on your theoretical and practical learning. There you can also keep track of your thoughts around the books you read, what kind of insights you had from the Core Content Sessions or with your Peer Group, or when getting into the Client Coaching etc.

The written assignments are based up on your Practice Journal, so we would recommend you fill it out daily or at least weekly (either in the provided pdf or in a separate doc/ notebook). The deadline for the hand-in of the written assignment is on the 1st of August 2022, 8am UK time.

An addition to these already familiar elements above, is the Core Embodied Pratice we ask you to commit to until this course ends. This practice should be done a minimum of 30 minutes each week, to built up a quality that you’d like to strengthen in order to widen your own embodiment range. This will be very benefitial for the work with your clients. In case you are unsure about what practice to pick, please watch the bonus session with Mark in the previous chapter (before filling in the current pre-course survey).
