1pm UK: Building resilience – with Karin
Movement & meditation to build resilience during tough times
Embodied movement and meditation to support you in:
- Increasing your capacity to cope with and recover from difficulty.
- Gaining confidence in yourself and your body.
- Being compassionate towards yourself and others.
Karin will introduce you to a range of tools that are accessible to all bodies, and that you can easily apply in your life.
These sessions include restorative practices, embodied yoga principles, centering methods and short meditations. You are likely to improve how you are after one of these sessions and have one or two takeaways to use when the going gets tough.
