In order to eat what we need, we need to feel what we feel.
Yoga and breathwork allows us to do exactly that: feel our feelings, let go of old emotional baggage, and make friends with our bodies, who are always doing the best they can.
I’m your teacher, Emily Holden. I’ve trained extensively in Yoga (500hr with the Acquaviva School of Yoga in Brighton), somatic breathwork (several courses and retreats with Dharma Ocean), and holding space (for almost a decade now I’ve been hosting women’s circles in my home). I also recovered from long-term eating issues, alongside my mum Jan Holden. Our reason for being is to support women to feel more comfortable in their own skin, now.
