We will be practicing Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) techniques to create space, clear your mind and support your nervous system.
It’s your time to pause, your weekly pause:
60 minutes session via Zoom, from 6 to 7pm (Melbourne time).
Commit to your intention and take inspired action.
