Somatic breathwork is a series of gentle movements and guided embodied breathing that bring peace and restoration to the whole body.
I am an Advanced Franklin Method Educator and Registered Somatic Practitioner with ISMETA (RSME/T). I am also a Dance UK Healthcare practitioner. I am trauma informed, and although this class is very gentle it could be too calming for someone currently in therapy or with trauma, so you must check with your healthcare professional if this is appropriate for you.
