This is a conscious dance class that explores embodiment through the practice of Biodynamic Movement. Its aim is to give students another approach to self-care practice at home and to connect deep pleasure with embodied dance. This makes the practice of getting out of your head a regular habit as your dance becomes your direct link to your dopamine “feel-good” response. This class is great for anyone who is looking to find their way to a calm and relaxed state along with feeling enlivened. All movement experience and ages are welcome. You will relax, dance, and most likely have fun! Please come, especially if you have had or having a bad day :-)
