The past few years have highlighted our need to be able to adapt and be flexible with our goals and perspectives on life. We all need resilience to better cope with stress, anxiety and trauma.
Assess your resilience via an online assessment known as the PR6 that takes 3 minutes to complete.
On completion of the assessment you will receive a report that outlines your strengths and highlights your areas of required growth across six domains.
You are then able to access online tutorials and exercises in your own time to develop new skills that strengthen your resilience. Check in daily either via the app or web browser to receive recommended tutorials and activities that are applicable for you at the time, or pick and choose your tutorials as you please.
