Just like any other positive habit, laughter can be practised & brought into our lives by choice. Join our intergenerational online laughter club to help you make time for laughter in your life, & ensure that giving yourself some tender loving care is a weekly priority.
All are welcome to this party. Whether you’re a busy parent or carer, a solo freelancer working from home, or a retiree looking to try new things, this weekly gathering brings us together for a much-needed dose of laughter, play, & community.
In each session you will be guided through fun, exploratory breathing, relaxation, mindful movement, & laughter exercises. These are simple to follow & can be done in exactly the way that feels possible & good for you & your body.
Come regularly to these weekly sessions & you will learn an array of ways to self-induce laughter by choice. You will discover a deep appreciation of how a regular laughter practice can help you cultivate your everyday happiness & feel both embodied & empowered in your day-to-day life.
