We know that change happens constantly in our lives, yet it can be so difficult to navigate it. This is particularly true when we experience change that we hadn’t foreseen, or chosen. In this workshop we learn how to navigate change mindfully, dropping our resistance and finding our balance.
This workshop includes some journaling, and a meditation. So bring paper and pen, and be somewhere that you can meditate in comfort.
