5Rhythms classes every Thursday evening with Olivia, certified 5Rhythms© teacher.
Each Thursday evening class will have a different focus that we explore using the 5Rhythms practice.
This is an invitation to come and join me in my home – to meet up and dance, to find a sense of freedom together, to release our tensions, each one of us opening up our Zoom doors to our homes to dance together.
COST: 15euros a class

We open our virtual doors 10 minutes before the class starts.
In this time you can test your sound system, get settled in, ask quest or simply have a chat before the class starts.
These classes are open to everyone. You don’t need to have any previous experience in dance or 5Rhythms to participate.
