Body & Breath is a dance class without music. A chance to tune in more with your own rhythm, and the rhythm of your environment, to wake up gently into movement.
This online class might be for you if:
* You want to spend more time listening to your body
* You want to follow your own pace
* You need some time to let your mind settle
* You value quiet interactions
On Friday mornings 9:00am to 10:00am (UK time)
We’ll spend approximately 45 minutes moving together, and there will be some time at the beginning and end of the class to check in with each other, to share words if we want to.
The class is guided by accredited 5Rhythms teacher Ben Deutsch, using Gabrielle Roth’s movement maps. Each class is a unique experience, co-created in the moment.
