When we drop into our bodies from a place of stillness and wait to see what arises from within, we enter into deep meditative self-discovery. Authentic movement connects us to our deep subconscious and all the hidden layers of who we are.
It is a practice that is deep, enriching and enlivening.
We may discover new sensations, release emotions and enter into new creative awareness. Originally a practice linked to depth psychology, when I have held these sessions in recent times there is a beautiful connective force that arises. We feel a deeper connection to ourselves, to our companions on the journey, and to the common threads of humanity that join us all.
This is going to be a small group programme where we meet every week to give and to receive. In these sessions we pair up to move and witness each other, in a safe and held container. There is something very powerful in being given permission to freely express ourselves. And there is something very deep and profound to know that we are being seen without judgement, in empathy by another. By being heard, we own our authentic voice. It may be quiet or softly spoken but it is our voice none the less.
Every time I hold these sessions, something beautiful, deep and wise emerges for the participants. Always there is something to be revealed. And in these sessions, we work from the comfort of our own homes.
If you would like the opportunity to journey a little deeper into yourself, to connect with others and share in our rich tapestry of life, to learn and to be empowered in the privilege that we are also given to support others in this sacred space, it would be a pleasure to have you join us.
This is a deep dive movement meditation and opportunity for reflection that is also supportive and life affirming. We connect to our inner psyche and we connect together as we share in the tapestry of our universal human experiences.
This is a closed group.
