Your course content is released weekly. This is to support you to work through the content slowly. Remember, you can keep coming back to the exercises to use them with different issues that arise in your life as you go. If you find yourself running out of issues, please let us know, we’d love to hear about it :-)
Self-care reminder: As with anything trauma related, we highly encourage you to check in with yourself and/or your counselor/therapist to make sure this is a good fit for you.
We advise you to check how resourced you feel. If you’re below a 6 or 7/10, this might not be the best time for this exercise. Be mindful that not all exercises are for everyone, and remember to keep checking in with yourself to see whether this feels right for you right now.
